On booking a deposit of 33% of the total cost is required subject to minimum of €50. The balance is payable 40 days prior to the arrival date. If you book within 40 days of arrival date the full amount is required at the time of booking.
If you have to cancel your holiday for whatever reason or a no show we reserve the right to make a cancellation charge as follows:
- More than 40 days: Deposit
- 22-40 days: 60%* of total rent
- 8-21days: 75%* of total rent
- Less than 8 days 100%* of total rent
*A minimum cancellation charge of €50 applies.

Q: Is electricity and heating included and if not, how to I pay for electricity and oil?
A: Both electricity and oil are on meters and are read on your arrival and departure.
Q: Do I have to arrive at a particular time?
A: Normally check in time is anytime after 4 p.m. and departure please around 10 a.m. These times are flexible and we will endeavour to accommodate your journey times.
Q: Do you supply towels?
A: We supply bed linen free and towels are for hire at €2 each.
